You will be responsible for creating the language used by our artificial intelligence-powered digital personas to communicate with our constituents. Digital Personas are not just chatbots, but Digital Humans that are expected to be highly conversational, interactive, and enjoyably engaging. You will mine stories from the broader community, infuse our digital humans with empathy, understanding, humility, humor, and enthusiasm. You will work to ensure that content is being communicated effectively, clearly, and in a way that matches the voice and personality of our institution. You will work with the Conversation Engineer to improve the processes and technologies necessary to create state-of-the-art interactions with our AI-powered digital humans.  If you have a passion for crafting narratives and stories that make a difference, this role is for you.
